BALI- EAT, SURF, SLEEP, REPEAT
Surfing and Bali go hand-in-hand

Google the word “Bali” and you’ll be confronted by a thousand hits. Bali, The Island of God is a popular
destination for the chill seekers and thrill seekers. This paradise is blessed with sunny weathers, outstanding
landscape, blissful black sandy beaches and iconic temples.Surfing is one of the grooviest activities on water. Bali,
for decades has been popular for its surfing scene, both for beginners and professionals who crave for adrenaline
rush. Bali’s peak season, also its driest months is between April to October. During this time you’re guaranteed to
mingle with other travellers. The raining season however can be good for beginners. The waves are less
intimidating but still plentiful and consistent and you can benefit from the low season price. For advanced and
professional surfers, the legendary Uluwatu nestled between impressive limestone cliffs with an iconic Hindu
temple backdrop is well known for its large swells. Surfers from all around the planet head here to enjoy the epic
20-feet waves. Padang Padang, also known as Balinese Pipeline is famous for its gnarly waves. It offers consistent
barrels but isn’t for the faint-hearted. The beach features an exotic setting and is the perfect place to watch
daredevil surfers showing off. Kuta is Bali’s original surf town and a great place for beginners to learn the art of
surfing. It offers everything you want for a surf holiday. The waves here are as persistent as its sarong sellers on
the beach. Canggu, on the southwest coast is a better option offering reliable surf schools with beginners’ soft
longboard. The wave is consistent and plentiful. Just don’t cut your teeth on the more powerful barrels.
