Altro Ensemble brings design freedom to new mexican restaurant
AltroEnsembleTMmodular flooring system has been fitted in a new 76-seater Mexican restaurant in West Vale,
near Halifax, adding an edgy and stylish chic to a village that’s fast becoming a destination for diners and
drinkers. Taquito’s Restaurant, Tapas & Tequila Bar is one of a clutch of new, sophisticated dining and drinking
venues – benefitting from the vision of interior designer Vanessa Thornton, of Vanessa Thornton Interiors. She
said: “The flooring was crucial to the new venue, because it needed to be stylish and gorgeous, working with
the design themes, but also fit for purpose, hard wearing and practical.” Altro Ensemble modular flooring system
is the next generation of luxury vinyl tiles. From colour blocking to geometric patterns, with a range of plank
and tile sizes and textures, Altro Ensemble gives design freedom to create luxurious floors for commercial interior

Commercial and residential vinyl flooring

annual Sustainability Report which outlines the
UK manufacturer’s environmental performance
over the past year. The 114-page report gives a

Scottish school redesigns floor with Gerflor
St Columba’s is one of Scotland’s highest achieving
schools, which is consistently ranked within the
top ten independent schools in Scotland.
Extremely high standards were therefore a priority
when carrying out the two flooring renovation
projects. The refurbishments included installing
200 sqm of GerflorTaraflex Multi-Use (6.2mm) in Wood Grey in the
hall and 100 sqm of Mipolam Elegance Raspberry Grey in the
corridors, with both areas completed on schedule. Both Taraflex

Procolor from VitrA Tiles – design your projects in colour!
The ProColor range from VitrA Tilescomprises contemporary and attractive colour options for today’s designers
