- ½ bunchfreshcoriander,
leaves chopped- ½ bunchspringonions,
trimmed andfinelysliced - 85g/3½ozroasted peanuts,
chopped
Forthedressing - 3 tbsptoastedsesameoil
- 1 tbspsoysauce
- ½ tbsprunnyhoney
- 2 tbspricewinevinegar
- ½ greenchilli,deseeded
and finely diced- 1 tbsppeanutbutter
- ½ bunchspringonions,

bowl,whisktogetherallofthe
dressingingredientswith4 tbspof
coldwater,thensetaside.
2 .Heata griddlepanovera high
heatuntilsmoking.Meanwhile,
drizzletheprawnswiththe

salt and freshly ground black
pepper.Cooktheprawnson
the hotgriddleforabout1½
minutesoneachsideoruntil
