Self reflection Garance loves the Stoneland travertine sink in her bathroom where she displays beautiful bottles. “I always wanted a bathroom just for me,” she tells.
“I told Sarah, ‘no double sink, please!’ This is my selfish spot, a room for all my stuff where I can feel like nobody’s watching.” French toast “Simple, simple, simple!”
is how Garance describes her cooking style, which is reflected in her kitchen’s layout. The quartz Caesarstone island is perfect for prepping food, while Design Within
Reach ‘Nerd’ stools provide seating for guests to gather round. She chose matte white GE Café appliances with brushed bronze hardware and terracotta pendants by
Hand & Eye Studio. California dreaming There’s a playful approach to pattern and shape in the guest bedroom (opposite). “It’s small but chic. I want guests to feel
like they have their own private hotel room,” she explains. To maximise the space, Sarah custom created the bed and bedhead, which is covered in Kelly Wearstler
‘Graffito’ fabric. The bedsides are from Perigold, the lamps are by Cedar and Moss, the bedding is by Flaneur and the Shape Shifter wallpaper is by Drop It Modern.
