ANIMAL ADOPTION

About the Charity
OSCAS (Oasis Second Chance
Animal Shelter)  is a registered
charity and non-profit dog shelter
in Singapore founded in 2006. All
the  dogs  are mongrels rescued
from the streets or from being
culled.  They are usually older
dogs, all looking for a chance to
experience life in a home where
their personalities can shine
and they can enjoy the things
a dog should be enjoying! With
more than 100 dogs, the shelter
relies purely on the support of
volunteers, sponsors and donors.

Salt: Salt has blossomed into a black
beauty. After being such a timid girl,
she has now gained confidence and
enjoys car rides to the park for outings.
She loves getting outside for walks, is
affectionate and likes to have a play
even though she is nearly 10 years old.

Tag: This is one playful boy who would
do great in a home with a dog who could
handle his attempts to play tag. Once
he knows you, he loves to jump up for
cuddles. He has been for outings to the
park, café and events, and goes well on
car rides. He seeks out playmates so he
would be happy in a home where he can
exert his energy with a playful human
or dog he can get along with. Tag is
around eight years old and is sterilised.

Tilly: This sweet girl loves her belly
rubs. She is a bit lazy on walks, but is
happy to take quiet strolls alongside
her human companion. She gets on
well with other dogs, having to share
her space at the kennel, and she loves
treats. She is around five years old and

is sterilised.

Nerf: This handsome boy is around eight
years old and enjoys leisurely strolls.
Once he knows you, he will look for
an armpit snuggle. He loves treats and
will seek them out, so could be easily
trained with his food motivation. He is
an independent dog and quite happy on
his own, so to find a family all to himself
would be ideal. He is not yet sterilised.

George: George is a curious boy
who loves to have a good sniff and
explore on walks. He has enjoyed
quite a few outings and getting
used to the car. Once George
knows you, he will look for you as
he likes to keep an eye on things.
When he gets tired, he’ll come for a
snuggle. George is eight years old,
sterilised and would be happy on his
own or with a mate. He walks well
on a leash and enjoys the stroll.
