Hot on the heels of inking a partnership with the leading
contemporary Frieze art fair, Richard Mille forges yet another
connection to the world of art. This is in the same vein as its tie-
ups with choreographer Benjamin Millepied; the street artist
Kongo; or its acquisition of Éditions Cercle d’Art, a publishing
house created with the support of Picasso. Recently, the avant-
garde watchmaker pledged its support to Palais de Tokyo for a
three-year collaboration in cementing a delightful partnership.
Having much in common as platforms that allow creativity to
flourish freely and without limits, Richard Mille and the largest
centre for contemporary art in Europe make for a perfect
match. Since 2002, this prolific and cutting-edge incubator of
experimentation for artists from diverse disciplines has risen to
become a driving force in the French cultural scene. Now with
Richard Mille as a partner, the opportunity for artists to disrupt
and invent within the premises of Palais de Tokyo by way of its
22,000-sqm gallery space is guaranteed to abound.
