1 Preheattheovento180°C.Greaseand
linea loaftinwithbakingpaper.2 Putdatesina smallheatproofjugand
justcoverwithboilingwater.Setaside.3 Ina spicegrinderorhigh-powered
foodprocessor,grindthealmondstoa
coarseflourandtipintoa bowl.Dothe
sametotheoatsandaddtothebowl.Add
thebuckwheatflour,bakingsodaand
cinnamonandmixwelltocombine.4 Ina foodprocessor,creamthebutter
andsugartogetheruntilpaleandfluffy,
thenaddeggsoneata time,processing
wellaftereachaddition.Scrapethesides
andbaseoftheprocessorasyougo.5 Draindatesandaddtotheprocessor
alongwithbananas(breaktheseupa
bit).Processuntiltherearenomore
lumps then add milk and process again.6 Addthealmondmixtureandpulsea
fewtimes.Addchocolateand pulse until
it alljustcomestogether.7 Spoonintothelinedtin,sprinkle
generouslywithsesameseedsandbake
for40-45minutesoruntila skewer
inserted into the loaf comes out clean.Tip
