6 cheesekranskiesorfrankfurters
½cupsauerkraut(recipe on page 89)
½cupgratedcheese
1 springonion,finelychopped
1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 Preheattheovento180°C.Cuta wedge
fromthecentreofeachbun and arrange
on a lined oven tray.
2 Placea fewleavesofspinachineach
bunandtopwitha kransky.Adda
generousspoonful of sauerkraut on
topofeach.
3 Combinethegratedcheese,chopped
springonionandsweet chilli sauce and
mashtogether.
4 Spoonthecheese mixture over the
hotdogs.
5 Bakefor5-8minutesuntilthe cheese
is golden and bubbling.•
