‘LITA’ TABLE LAMP
by David Dolcini
Part of a small lighting collection exuding
elegant simplicity, this pleasingly pared-
back lamp combines a rounded wooden
base with a globe-shaped difuser in opaline
glass. We love the contrast between the
traditional, beautifully smooth wooden
stem, and the textural exploration and
technical innovation of the blown-glass
shade, with its tactile surface scaled
by subtle vertical cusps that fade at the
extremities. Available in four diferent
sizes, the lamp comes in solid ash wood,
or with a white painted aluminium
inish. The range is completed by a loor
lamp, ceiling light and wall sconce.

‘TEXTILE’ CUPBOARD
by Front
This wavy wardrobe by Swedish studio
Front is part of Circular by Design,
a collection of compelling pieces exploring
the value of material waste. Commissioned
by Really, champion of upcycling and
‘circular’ design, the wardrobe uses the
brand’s Solid Textile Board (W*218),
a high-density material made from Kvadrat
fabric of-cuts. Imitating the drape of a
curtain, Front’s cabinet is a poetic reference
to the material’s textile origins. Designers
Anna Lindgren and Soia Lagerkvist wanted
to show that the new material has ‘all the
inviting and charming aspects of fabric,
just in a diferent state’.

‘NARA’ TABLE
by Jean-Marie Massaud
French architect and designer Jean-Marie
Massaud’s new duo of tables for Italian
manufacturer Poliform can happily function
as stools or occasional tables anywhere
around the house – but we’re going to be
using the discreet, adaptable and satisfyingly
sculptural designs at our bedside. The all-
wooden pieces – available in two sizes,
one wider and lower, one slightly taller and
slimmer – feature three legs adjoining at
the base to create a sturdy structure with
a luid aesthetic. The tables are built using
handcrafting methods and are produced
in Canaletto walnut (pictured) or black elm.
Sleeping beauties indeed.

‘STAND BY ME’ BED
by Francesco Binfarè
It’s 25 years since Francesco Binfarè and
Edra got into bed together, so to speak,
making this an apt design to mark their
years of collaboration. It’s not just
supremely comfortable for sleeping, but
for reading and ilm-watching, too – its
headboard features two of Binfarè’s
signature ‘smart’ cushions, generously
padded and fully adjustable.
