Place a double layer of thin foam tapestrips
or pads between the threads wherethenext
découpage layer will go and attachthisontop
of the panel.

Use foam pads to build up the rest of the
découpage on top of the base layer. Finish
with mushroom clusters cut from one of the
papers, punched snowflakes and gems.
