Life-saving
knits
This sheep blanket,
which I made for my
grandson, is from Precious
Knit Blankies For Baby by Jean
Adel. I lined it with fabric that
I bought on holiday in Turkey.
Friends often ask me to knit
for them; I don’t charge, but
ask them to make a donation
to Great Ormond Street

Knitting has literally kept me sane
through many surgeries including
cancer. I think I would have ‘lost
the plot’ without it and your
magazine. I enclose a picture
of my sweet niece in a MillaMia
jacket... she absolutely loves it!
