as being able to listen to Podcats via AirPods
on the go - it’s easier than ever to exercise
outdoors without the need for a phone.


And starting with watchOS 6, Apple’s Activity
App will transform your daily activity metrics
into long-term trends, evaluating activity
levels over the past three months and
comparing them with the same time last
year to see whether your fitness is improving
or changing. If you’ve moved less than before,
Apple will coach you to turn things around and
help you back on your road to better health.
It’s these small nudges that persuade users to
move more - not major warnings or scares from
governments and health bodies that, more
often than not, create a defeatist attitude
amongst the inactive.
