last fewmonths, afterbeing redesigned
withanattractivenew interface, it’s
stopped working. It backs up thesystem
files asbefor ebut,when it co mestot he
restor estage, it stop sbeforeitc an get
to thenon-Windows environment.
Thefollowing message appears: “The
program is preparingforRestart Mode.
Aftercompleting the preparation, the
computer will berestarted automatically
and enterintothisRestart Mode.Ift he
program is unableto restart the
computer orfailed to enterintoRestart
Mode,you could seeFAQtosolve the
problem.Code:4143”.Icouldn’t find
anythinguseful in theFAQ.

AskThe Expert(bit.ly/webuser487).
Irun Windows 7onthree PCsand
have beenreceiving messagesfrom
Microsoft advisingthat supportfor
Windows 7will end in January 2020.
However,theyalso don’trecommend
installingWindows 10 on anolde rPC.
All three ofmy computers arein
goodworking order and it seems an
unnecessarywasteand expenseto
replacethem by buying newones.
