grown stronger under Wolff’s leadership.

freeze asuccessfulorganisation,”Wolff says.

“It’s a dynamicstru cture and I’m proudthat

we’re able to hand the baton smoothly to the

next generationof lead ers inside the team.”

Wolff underlines the philosophy thathas

served Mercedesso well over the years: “It’s

about marginal gains.It’s about putting

everything together and not leaving one stone

unturned.It’s about havinga no-blame culture,

empowering evenwhen it’s difficult sometimes

[and] when you’drather control things.

“You need to live itin th e difficultmoments

and thathas made the strengths of the team.

We’ve had many hiccups overthe years and

we’ve always been able to collect ourselv es and

understand why wehave n’t performed well

and then comeback even stronger.
