details mask the wheelsofits industry.
“It’s nota factory,it’s a campus,” says
managing directo r Andy Cowell. “It’s– hopefully
- a nice environment that people enjoy coming
to. It’s challenging –ther e are toughtechnical
activities,tough problem-solving, hardgraft. But
we treat everybodywith respect and try to look
after their healthwith good food and exercise.”
