Go to your
Summary tab
The Summary tab in Health shows
data from the current day. Your
Favorites are at the top; scroll down
for Highlights and suggested apps. The
default view is your data from today.

Open Edit option
The Edit button in the Summary
tab opens options for which Favorites
you want to appear. They’re divided
into Existing Data, which exists on the
app, and All, which lets you view all
the categories the Health app tracks.

Add your favorites
Scroll down to see further
information, such as body stats. Tap
the star icon to favorite a particular
listing. You can add as many categories
as you want to here but, annoyingly,
there’s no way to reorder them.

adopted in several other apps, such as
Reminders, Photos and Siri Shortcuts.
The biggest addition to the app is the
new Highlights feature. Rather than just
present all your data, Apple now provides
you with a more in–depth analysis of your
activity. The feature allows you to see
exactly how much progress you’ve made,
with tips on how to improve. Highlights
is available across all categories, and the
data is processed on–device, so you can be
