How to use glow-in-

the-dark thread

For the best results and to prevent

fraying, work with a shorter length

of Light Effects thread, no more

than 30cm (12in). If the thread

becomes twisted while stitching,

drop your needle and let it unwind.

To make your project glow, expose

it to light for a few minutes, then

watch it gleam in the dark!

Stitching tip

Stitch lighter colours last so

they don’t pick up dirt as you

stitch – that way they will stay

nice and bright!
