How to personalise your sampler

Choose the area on your stitching where you would like to add

your message. Count the number of squares available and then

outline them with a pen onto a blank piece of graph paper. Draw

out the letters of your message, using the alphabet chart as a

guide. Leave a consistent number of squares between the letters

and leave a few more squares between words. Keep adjusting the

spacing between letters until your message fits within your grid.

Then, use your graph paper chart as a guide when stitching.
