Find the centre of your

fabric by folding it in half

horizontally and vertically.

Follow the arrows on the chart

to find its centre and start

stitching here, working your

way outwards.

Work the cross stitch using

two strands of cotton. These

designs use 10 different thread

shades, so check the key as

you stitch to make sure you are

always working correctly.

Add the backstitch using

one strand of cotton. Two

different colours are used, so

refer to the key to make sure

you're using the correct one.

When you have finished all

the stitching, then carefully

check over your finished work

and prepare it for making up.
