DANCE STUDIO

Dance-Studio-Website-Concept

The idea for this concept all started
when I was in a dance class and was
really impressed with the studio but, when I
looked at their website, was surprised at the
design. I thought it would be a great idea to
redesign the site and I already knew how I
wanted to visualise it.
With the interface I wanted to express the
unique and special vibe of the studio and also
show the passion of the dancers and teachers
and how stylish the studio was. For this I
decided to use a unique palette of colours – a
passionate red and a stylish powder colour,
that was complemented by the sepia style of
the images.
To complete the look for the site I chose
modern sans-serif fonts – Montserrat and
Open Sans – which helps reinforce a common
modern style and idea. Besides the visual
appeal it was very important to show how
clear and user-friendly the concept was.
Something I hope I’ve achieved.

PROFILE

In my job I love to find
ways to help users
solve their problems
and achieve their goals
by creating clear and
understandable UI
designs. I believe design
has to be aesthetical
and intuitive.

MY MONTH

What have you been
working on/doing this
month?
This month I’m working
on several projects as a
UI designer, my day job.
The main project that I
am currently working
on is a website for a
cyber security startup.
It’s really interesting
and complicated, so
that’s good. Before this
I was working on a
website for an Industry
4.0 company and a
website for a sport
startup, of which I am
really proud of the
finished project. Above need to know about the studioThe single-page concept contains all the essential information that visitors
