The daffodils are very pretty

with such beautiful colours.

They would look great in a

white frame so that the bright

colours stand out. I’d hang this

in the kitchen as this would go

great with my natural theme.

The Great Daffodil Appeal is an annual

fundraising event held by the Marie Curie

charity to help raise money for people living

with a terminal illness. I think this design

would make a great charity stitch.

Stitch in good

daylight or with a

craft lamp to keep

your eyes healthy.

A magnifier will

also help you to see

your fabric clearly.

Remember to take

regular breaks from

your stitching to

give your eyes a rest – pop the kettle on for a brew

or busy yourself with another five-minute task.

On top of this, every ten minutes or so, focus on a

distant object for a few seconds and take several

long blinks to keep your eyes hydrated.
