action–packed, especially on
iPhone, where its bubbly grid
view is well suited to single–
digit use and where the colors
really pop in Dark Mode.
The interface may be
a bit more exuberant than
its rivals, but Noto still has
simplicity at heart. You can
switch between list and grid
views of your documents,
reorder by dragging and
pinning speciĽc documents
to the top, and easily nest
documents in a folder by
selecting one or more of them
and dragging them over it.
Each document has a preview
that includes images if they
are at the very top of the
document. On iPad there’s a bit
more room and the folders and
documents appear in a sidebar
rather than full screen; you
can choose whether to keep
