dismiss and granting in part and denying in part Fuisz Pharma LLC, Richard
C. Fuisz, and Joseph M. Fuisz’s motion to dismiss.


Boies turned around and sued: Theranos, Inc. et al. v. McDermott, Will & Emery
LLP, No. 2012-CA-009617-M, Superior Court of the District of Columbia,
