received by the promoter on or before the closing date, 30 May 2019. 2. Only one
entry per person is permitted. No purchase necessary. To request a copy of the entry
form, send an SAE to Entry Form, St Brides Spa Hotel Competition at the Slimming
World Magazine address above, to arrive no later than 16 May 2019. 3. The competition
is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, except employees of
Slimming World (or any other company that trades under the name Slimming World),
Miles-Bramwell Executive Services Ltd, St Brides Spa Hotel or anyone professionally
connected with this promotion (this does not include Slimming World’s self-employed
Consultants and Team Developers). 4. No bulk or third-party entries will be accepted.
No responsibility is accepted by the promoter for entries lost, damaged or delayed in
the post. Proof of posting not accepted as proof of delivery. By submitting a competition
entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. 5. The winner will
be chosen at random by the promoter from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the
closing date of the competition. They will receive a stay for two (the winner and guest
must be aged 18 or over) comprising: two nights’ accommodation for two people
sharing a double or twin Best Sea View Room; a bottle of Champagne on day of arrival;
a full Welsh or continental breakfast each morning and a three-course dinner each
evening in the hotel’s Cliff or Gallery restaurant (drinks not included); one 55-minute
spa treatment per person from the treatment list; one 90-minute session in the
thermal suite and hydrotherapy pool per person, and unlimited access to the hotel’s
fitness suite. All subject to availability. Travel to and from the hotel and any other
expenses are not included in the prize. The winner and guest are responsible for
ensuring they have valid and appropriate travel insurance. Dinner and spa reservations
should be made at the time of booking the prize break. The prize must be taken
by 27 December 2019, Sunday to Thursday only, subject to availability. 6. No
correspondence will be entered into and the promoter’s decision is final. The winner
will be notified in writing by 27 June 2019 using the details provided on the entry form.
If Slimming World cannot contact the winner or the winner fails to claim the prize by
25 July 2019, the winner will forfeit the prize and the promoter may draw another
winner. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The prize value
is correct at time of going to press. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any
other offer or any existing bookings at St Brides Spa Hotel. 7. By entering, the winner
agrees to take part in publicity relating to the competition. The winner’s name and
county will be published in the October 2019 issue of Slimming World Magazine. 8.
Slimming World is not responsible for: (i) any loss, damage or liability to entrants in
relation to their entering the competition or accepting the prize; (ii) any failure by the
winner to comply with St Brides Spa Hotel’s terms or instructions; (iii) any delay or
failure due to an event outside Slimming World’s reasonable control; (iv) any costs
associated with the prize; (v) any terms or decisions of St Brides Spa Hotel in relation
to the fulfilment of the prize. 9. The promoter is Miles-Bramwell Executive Services
