Get fit with your iPhone
The Streaks app offers an extremely simple, but effective way of helping you to do good things every single day. Using a grid of
activities and the red circle notification on the app icon you may be surprised at how overwhelming it becomes to need to complete
every activity each day. The longer the streak you create, the better.
Streaks really work
1
Add a task
Your first step is to add a task, but make
sure that it is achievable and that you are
able to complete it every day. It still needs to
be challenging.
2
Customise the task
You can now change the icon to one
that visually describes the activity and also
add a title. These will stay the same going
forward unless you change them.
3
A good day
The entire screen will turn gold when you
have completed every task and you can also
see the streaks noted in days passed below
each icon. It really does work.
