iOS and cannot find the option anywhere! Blake James

2

How can I create text
shortcuts on my Mac
to save me from having
to write out often-used
sentences all the time?
Go to System Preferences>
Keyboard and click on
the ‘Text’ tab. Now click
on the ‘+’ icon and, in the
first column, type in a text
shortcut that you can type
to trigger the longer version
of the text. In the second
column, write out the phrase
or sentence in full – don’t
worry, it’ll be the last time
you have to do it. When
you click off the table, the
shortcut will be saved for
future use. This can be a
very good time-saver.
You can create folders straight from the iOS touch
interface, although the process has been altered
slightly since the release of iOS 13. You can store
loads of apps within a single folder to help declutter
your Home screen and can create as many folders
as you want. The folders look like app icons, so tap
on one to expand the contents. Press and hold on a
folder to reveal the option to ‘Rename’.
