confidence: Bring your arms up
to make a giant V. Relax your face,

for 30 seconds. Lower your arms,
close your eyes, and think about
how you feel. Repeat the sequence
for 45 seconds while imagining
yourself as a giant antenna with
energy entering your body through
your arms and traveling to the floor.
