QUICK PICKLE
Refrigerator pickles
are a great way
to preserve your
cucumbers as they
ripen without using
any special canning
equipment. Vinegar,
dill seed, and celery seed play nicely with snack-
size cucamelons, shown, and pickling types
like Boston pickling or Parisian gherkin. Each
batch will last up to two weeks in the fridge.
