took the time to thoroughly explain
all the elements of the AT and the tea
selection.
Last, but definitely not least – how
gorgeous is this patisserie course? This
AT includes a hand-decorated biscuit,
inspired by the Cabbages & Roses’
‘Natural Hatley Raspberry’ design, a
white chocolate and rose macaron,
a chocolate and lavender mini tart
decorated with gold leaf, and the
sweetest mini cupcakes adorned with
blooming buttercream flowers (I think
they’re piped using those very on trend
floral design piping nozzles!). Anyway,
I could go on and on, but suffice to
say, there is a reason why so many
renowned British brands partner with
Hyatt Regency London/Montagu on
their afternoon tea offerings, and why
we keep coming back time and again!
