What are you doing tomorrow?
Flying to Tokyo, Japan to teach at my
school there for the next two weeks. This
will be the 111th time that I have flown
to Japan.
How do you achieve a work life
balance and what do you do to relax?
It is difficult to schedule time to relax
as I am always working on some class,
project or article. But when I do find
time to relax, I like to do gardening, go
out to dinner, watch a movie or go to the
theatre.
What plans do you have for 2016/17?
In addition to celebrating the 25th
anniversary of the International
Sugar Art Collection in July 2017,
there are many exciting things on the
horizon, especially in my role as Brand
Ambassador for Renshaw.
Is there anything else you would like
to add?
It takes practice to perfect a sugar
flower. Have patience and... remember to
breathe!
