This contest-winning capture from the
Dussehra Hindu festival is immersive with
its striking central composition and use
of a wide-angle lens – you feel like you’ve
been transported to India. Impressively,
Vasanth was able to freeze the moment the
figure jumped up, making them appear to
levitate. He’s also retained detail in the sky
that could have easily been blown out.
