Cell line source(s) HCT116, hTERT RPE-1, HEK293T, and E14TG2a cells were purchased from American Type Culture Collection (ATCC).Authentication Cell line authentication was not performed.Mycoplasma contamination All cell lines used were periodically checked by fluorescent microscopy. Cells were stained with DAPI and examined under X60
