nobody answered her. She opened the door carefully and stepped into the house.
As she made her way to the kitchen, she saw the silhouette of her grandmother.
“Oh, there you are, grandma. It has been such a tiring day for me, but do
you know grandma...”
Red Riding Hood could not continue after that. Her eyes widened and her
smile froze. “You look different today, grandma.” As she tried to take a few steps
backwards, she accidentally bumped into the table. The glass and the ceramic
plate fell onto the floor. She stumbled. Her body was shivering in fear.
“Nice to meet you, little girl,” the creature squatted and smiled in front of
her. It was so close to her that she could feel its breath. The big ears and the
sharp teeth that could eat her any moment explained everything. That was not
her grandmother. Her grandmother would never talk to her using a weird voice.
