Boy: This book is about people living on a farm near a small village in the mountains. The
theme is how life in a village is changing in the modern world. The pace is very slow
and it is quite sad because many traditional parts of their life will never be the same
again. But it is beautiful to read and I enjoyed it.
Girl: This book is very funny! It is about a family who drive across the country for a holiday.
They have to return their car to the airport before the end of the day. The plot is full of
things that go wrong! The car is stopped by a bear, and they meet a lot of strange
people. My favourite character is a police officer who is not very good at his job! I
laughed a lot and would recommend this book.2
