Silver and blue liners are having
a make-up moment—and not
just on your peepers. On eyes:
trace a soft-blue liner along top
lids, pushing the colour into
your lashes. Follow with blue
mascara, and amp it up with a
blue glitter liner over the original
liner for a textured finish. On
lips: after applying lipstick (we
used a soft pink, but almost any
shade will do), use a silver liner
to outline lips. So simple—but
so pretty!
