gotthecushionout,determinedthatit
wouldnotbeatme.Thatwasthestart:
I wenttoseveralclassesandwentonto
jointheQuilters’Guildandtherest,
astheysay,is history.Beingcreative
is verytherapeuticandalthough
counsellingandmedicationhavetheir
place,lookingat somethingyouhave
made(eventhoughbeingBritishwe
neverthinkit is goodenough),is one
ofthebestformsoftherapy.
