“Collage automatically lends itself to surrealism and I enjoy playing with that. I think it’s
probably in the spotlight now because it’s an interesting visual break from all the perfectly
curated imagery that we’re surrounded by.
For this project I chose to work with stripes because of their graphic, repetitive nature.
The collage I’ve made is called the Adventures of Mz Moon Moon. It places the same character
in three different scenarios—past, present, and future.”
