A total number of 22 different universities,


coming from 14 countries met in Lodz, seeking
victory in the Football competition.

SMS and Minerska stadiums
were filled with competitive
energy for both men and
women football finals.
Women semi-final took place
first, with the University of
Coimbra celebrating their
3 rd place earned, playing
against Karlsruhe Institute of
Technology (GER). The final
followed with University of

Bordeaux (FRA) winning the
title of European Universities
Champion against Pavlo
Tychyna Uman State
Pedagogical University (UKR).
This match was one of the most
fun to watch, seeing how both
teams gave their best to play
fair and celebrate the victory,
ending with the result of 4:1.

Regarding the men competition,
the University of Split (CRO)
and the Ramon Llull University
(ESP) played a tight match for
the bronze trophy. The suspense
went on as the Croatian
university won the penalty kicks
and won the 3rd place.

The final was played between
the State University of Trade
