TABLE TENNIS

JULY 16-20

Total number of 121 students athletes from

31 different European universities came with

eagerness to Lodz to play, enjoy, show their skills

and to celebrate their succes and victories.

The final of the team

competitions was played

between Zamojski Academy

(POL) and Nisantasi University

(TUR) where with result of 3:2

Zamojski Academy (POL) took

the first place in the men’s

category. Nisantasi University

(TUR) earned the silver medal.

Third place belonged to the

University of Pecs (HUN).

First place in the women’s

competition belonged to the

University of Ostrava (CZE),

second place was earned by

Paris Dauphine University (FRA)

and the University of Ljubljana

(SLO) brought the bronze

medals home.

In the men’s singles competition

in table tennis the victory was

celebrated by Jakub Folwarski

from Zamojski Academy

(POL) that played against

Ibrahim Gunduz from Nisantasi

University (TUR), with the
