Kathleen R. Worgul
While I am not classically trained, I have studied and worked
with artists I admire in a variety of workshops and classes
around the world. Whether using soft pastels, acrylics and
recently oil pastels The process of putting color to paper,
whether for landscape or fi gures, continually entices and
excites me.

Artist’s Refl ections: It was foggy that day. Across the pasture,
winter snows were melting in rivulets. One lone oak tree stood
barely visible, as fog began to lift, ready to reveal a forest....an
almost surreal vision. I snapped a picture, then hurried back to
my studio to try and capture that moment in time.
Representation: Borrego Art Institute, Borrego Springs, CA
Julian Art Gallery, Julian, CA.
cMelting Snow, oil, 12 x 16.
