now he’s
here —
at this
jaw-

— or the “YOLO [you only live once]
Estate,” as he calls it — “was the desktop
image on my computer years before
I bought it,” the rapper, 32, revealed.
“I was like, ‘What are the world’s craziest
residential pools?’ And when I searched
online, this came up.” The 12,500-square-
foot abode was initially listed for $27
million, but in 2012, after it spent three
years on the market with no takers,
Drake was able to score the bargain of
a lifetime, paying just $7.7 million. The
“craziest residential pools” aspect rings
true: There are statues of bikini-clad
women in the shallow end as well as a
swim-up bar, 80-foot slide, waterfall and
Playboy mansion-style grotto. The
residence itself, which features dark
wooden beams and cavelike walls,
boasts a 25-person movie theater,
recording studio, wine cellar and
massage room — and when the
superstar wants to hit the hay, he pulls a
switch and a nearby bookshelf swings
out, opening up the concealed entrance
to his master bedroom. The yard isn’t
too shabby either: Aside from a court
that can be used for tennis and
basketball, there’s a sand volleyball court
and a stable, just in case he ever decides
to buy any horses. And as if all that
wasn’t enough, the Degrassi alum also
scooped up the two properties next
door. This way, his neighbors will never
be able to complain about the noise!

DRAKE’S

NOTHING
BUT NET
When Drake’s not
shooting hoops at home,
the die-hard Toronto Raptors
fan can be seen front row at
their games, where he’s always
passionately cheering. In
2014, he was named
the team’s “global
ambassador.”

SPLASH
ZONE
“One of my goals in
life is to have the biggest
residential pool on the
planet,” the star declared.
Though he hasn’t achieved that
yet, his spread is impressive
in its own right, featuring a
seating area, fireplace
and TV.

PLAY
ON!
The previous tenant,
Saddle Ranch owner Larry
Pollack, added a mechanical
bull, which Drake kept.
Friends can also show off their
competitive side in the game
room, where there’s air
hockey and billiards. Who
needs beer pong
anyway?
