n the months since Hayden
Panettiere fell head over heels
for aspiring actor Brian
Hickerson, her life has been
thrown into disarray. The
actress, 29, struck up a romance
with Brian, 30, last summer,
shortly after it was revealed that
she and fiancé Wladimir
Klitschko, the father of her
daughter, Kaya, 4, had called it
quits — and a source said those
close to her “didn’t approve”
from the start. “[Brian’s] a bad
influence on Hayden,” noted the
source, pointing out an August
2018 incident in which
the Nashville star was seen
dancing barefoot in a parking lot
with her beau. “This isn’t the
Hayden they know.”But things soon took a shocking
turn for the worse. According to
reports, police were called to
Hayden’s home several times in
relation to domestic disturbances.
After a May 2 incident, Brian was
arrested, and a judge
subsequently ordered him to stay
100 yards away from the actress.
“It’s a mystery whether they’re
together and working things out
or not,” an insider says of the
pair’s current status. “Hayden’s
not revealing much.”
Though her rep denies it, the
insider claims that Hayden’s inner
circle is more desperate than ever
for her to leave Brian after
learning the details of his July 10
hearing. In court, a police officer
recounted the May 2 incident,stating that she saw “bruising on
[Hayden’s] eyelids, a swollen face”
and a bloody nose, and that
Hayden told her that some of the
bruises were from the day prior.
The judge concluded that the
evidence showed Brian had
beaten her three times in two
days, and ordered him to face a
felony charge.
As Brian awaits his sentencing,
Hayden’s loved ones are hoping
for only one result. “Her family
wants Brian to go to jail or rehab,”
states the insider, adding that they
also want Hayden to reconnect
with her daughter, who lives with
Wlad in Ukraine. “Hayden seems
to be doing well and recovering...
[but] she’s dealing with a lot and
