GROWING

THEIR

FAMILY!

“They’ve tried their best to hide it from
the public, but it hasn’t been easy.” And
while Jonathan recently admitted that
they’ve had their fair share of “highs and
lows,” the insider notes “it’s ultimately
made them who they are today.”

GOING OFF SCRIPT
Over the years, Jonathan has made no
secret of his desire to become a husband
and father. After bouncing back from
the pain of his divorce from his first
wife, Kelsy, the TV personality thought
he’d found his happily ever after with
producer Jacinta Kuznetsov. So when
their two-year romance ended last
March, he was crushed. “He sank into a
really dark place,” the insider says of
Jonathan, who cited his hectic career as
the cause of the split. “He felt guilty and
depressed. He barely had the energy to
keep a brave face on for filming.” While
he credits therapy with helping him
heal, Jonathan admitted that he was
heartbroken when Jacinta began dating
an old friend of hers right after their
breakup — and got engaged to him just
eight months later. “I was upset, I won’t
lie,” he confessed. “I wasn’t ready to
date. It wasn’t even on my radar.”
Around the time of his split, Jonathan
also had to watch Drew happily walk
down the aisle with his now-wife, Linda
Phan, 34. “Of course he was happy for
his brother, but it had to sting. There’s
always been a bit of jealousy and
competitiveness between them. There
were whispers that Jonathan was
envious,” shares the insider, adding that
the bitterness led to several fights and
childish bickering between the siblings
over things like their filming schedules
