After years of struggling to conceive,
“Cameron and Benji recently confided
in friends that a baby is in their near
future,” an insider tells OK!, adding
that the couple let loved ones in on
their secret during an intimate dinner
party at their home. “Cameron
explained that she and Benji are
keeping the details to themselves for
right now, but that their dream of
becoming parents will soon be a
reality.” And while the Charlie’s Angels
alum refused to go into specifics, the
get-together “sparked buzz that she
may already be pregnant,” dishes the
insider. If that’s true, “friends and
family couldn’t be happier for them.
Cam and Benji have so much love to
give and they’re going to be such
wonderful parents.”A LONG ROAD
According to the insider, the Bad
Teacher star and her hubby started
trying for a baby shortly after their 2015
wedding. “They attempted to do it the
old-fashioned way, but it just wasn’t
happening for them,” shares the insider,
adding that while the struggle led to
some extremely tough and emotional
times, Cameron and Benji never gave
up hope. “Eventually they did their
homework and figured that with so
much incredible help out there, it
would be a good idea to go the IVF
route, especially given Cameron’s age.”
On the advice of their doctor,
Cameron “began treatments and
maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She
started eating right, exercising regularly
and staying superrelaxed,” says the
insider, adding that Benji was Cameron’s
rock through the whole process.Domestic Bliss!

urrently on a self-imposed hiatus from
making movies (her last film was 2014’s
Annie), Cameron has been fully embracing
her life as a wife and future mommy. “She’s
very happy being away from acting. She feels like
she spent so many years working a grueling

While they’re keeping their news
private for the time being, a friend of
Cameron’s says that she and Benji have
quietly starting getting their home
ready for a baby. “Cameron recently
bought a $12,000 Fendi stroller, as
well as a crib and a changing table, at
an upscale baby store in West
Hollywood,” spills the friend, adding
that the couple has been keeping a list
of unique baby names that they both
like. “Starting a family together is
something they’ve talked about since
the start of their relationship. Now that
it may finally be happening, Cameron
and Benji are likely pinching
themselves. It’s truly a miracle.” OK!
