engine in Metallic Anthracite
Overall cost:£... more than the last
one, less than the next!!
Hardest part of the project:Building it
without scratching the paint and
putting the wiring through the frame
tube wasapain!
Advice for anyone startingaproject:
Most important job is full nut and
bolt dry build, measure twice, cut
once(!) and buy the best quality parts
available, as the saying goes...
Buy cheap, buy twice!
In hindsight, is there anything you
would have done differently:Yes–a
bigger seat to match my arse!
Is there anyone you wish to thank:
Aust en/Stuart for all the welding;
Darrell for the engine work; Maca for
working his magic with the paintwork;
Cork yfor the covers; and my
long-suffering wife Binnyfor putting
up with my Lambretta OCD. I
promise this is the last one... again!!

From any angle, the sole racer stands out.

Plenty of stopping power from the PM
front end disc and suspension package.

By painting the headlight rim the same colour it
almost vanishes into the headset. Very clever.

The instrument dash is subtly hidden
in the top of the leg shield toolbox.

Maca must have had nightmares
when it came to getting the jagged
edges of the stripes so perfect.

Underneath the panels is
justarepeatof the same
level of workmanship.
