The Spoon-billed Sandpiper is A uncommon migratory bird of Bangladesh. It is estimatedthat there are only about 100 pairs of this critically-endangered species worldwide.

Peninsula and Kamchatka in eastern Siberia, making nests of grass, leaves, and moss.
