Velvet-fronted Nuthatch
Binomial Name: Sitta frontalis
The Velvet-fronted Nuthatch is a small blue arboreal bird with a red beak.This bird is more common in the Sundarban of Bangladesh. Also seen in
deciduous and evergreen forests. The Velvet-fronted Nuthatch is anuncommon resident bird of Bangladesh. They fly from one tree to another in
the forest. Walk on the bark of the stem and the old moss-covered branches
of the tree to eat. The diet consists of insects and their larvae. They build smallnests in tree trunks during the summer.
