Active/Inactive list by 4 p.m. ET

Sept. 1 — Claiming period for players placed on waivers at the final ros-

ter reduction expires at noon Eastern time ... Beginning at ap-

proximately 1 p.m. ET, teams can establish a practice squad of

10 players.

Sept. 5-9 — First regular season weekend
