be fit, agile and explosive. Essentially, when
doingassistedstretchingtwodaysa
weekat ActionSportsPerformancein
Brisbaneasallthetrainingtendstomake
mybodysuper-tight,whichmakesit hard
toextendmytrickswhenyou’reinflexible.
