Shyrailyn Bagdatovna or Sher B. as she is often called,

always knew she wanted to be in the fashion industry.

The 24-year-old Kazakhstan native dreams of one day

modeling in Europe’s most prestigious runways. Her

ultimate goal, however, is to have her own fashion

brand.

Sher B.’s modeling career started five years ago

in Kazakhstan while studying in a university.

She took fashion and modeling lessons while

also taking up accountancy courses. She

eventually chose to follow her dreams in

fashion to focus on her modeling career.

Sherby’s modeling career has already taken

her far from her hometown in Kazakhstan. She

has already been to Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia

and just recently, here in the Philippines. Even

though she’s working, she treats her journeys

as an opportunity to find herself and keeps a

diary where she writes all of her experiences

from the different places she visits.

A very family-oriented person, she loves

spending time with her family. Back in

Kazakhstan, she would take time to take drives

with her parents and five other siblings. She

loves cute cars, her dream car being the Nissan

Juke which she prefers to be red or black

diamond in color. If it isn’t the Juke, she says a

Toyota Corolla or Camry would also be fun as a

daily driver.

While she loves casual driving, she says

she can’t deal with city driving and traffic.

Compared to her country, driving around

Southeast Asia is out of the question. She says

that the chaos of traffic and the number of cars

is too much for her to handle.

While she’s in the country for only two months,

she hopes to explore the country especially the

beaches.
